Distressed look is a signature esthetic of most Sterling Silver pieces made by John Varvatos. It is an artistic choice that looks unique and connects you to the handcrafting process of the piece. Every miniature crater is a remnant of the artist’s swift hammer movements that formed on the surface while the metal had still been hot. 

The brass rivet heads serve as the focal point of the piece because their shape reflects the light in four different directions, which gives you four different shades of its beautiful amber color. This effect created by their smooth surface offsets the white tones of the Sterling Silver base. Together, they make a sum that’s greater than the collection of parts.  

Two arrow patterns engraved on the inner side of the cuff elevate the level of luxury of the piece. It looks good both when you’re wearing it or not. Four beautiful emblems interrupt the composition. Creator’s initials “JV” are proudly placed among them.
